A quarter pound of any meat or cheese is plenty for 2 sandwiches and won't break the bank. <br/>I live in Suffolk County and haven't been to NYC in years. If I actually make it there this Christmas season, I'll have to keep your idea in mind. Restaurants are too pricey, and you can't exactly walk around all day carrying leftovers. What a great idea!
