I just decided to write a quick post about Father’s Day, so I was thinking of an angle to take. CM and the Cool Grandparents are watching TV in the living room. It’s loud and they’re talking there. Lots of activity. I’m working alone in the kitchen.
Then the boy wanders into the kitchen carrying a little toy school bus and plops down next to me to play with it. He’s smiling and talking baby talk to me. He’s my little buddy and I’m his daddy. He just wants to be with me.
What a happy Father’s Day.
Of course he wants to be with you. You’re Cool Dad!!!
