Randy–it’s a tough job, but somebody’s gotta do it. So far, it’s just me though. Cool Dad hasn’t had the opportunity, but I think he might be man enough to take on the pureed squash. =)

dont see how you can eat the baby food. from the sound of it you guys have been doing it long enough that you dont even flinch.

I have lots of family so i understand the strange things that can happen, but i am almost willing to bet that I wont be eating baby food in the future.

I may have to pull some poop out of the bath tub like some people i know but no baby food.

hambricks–yep, the part about the underwear was particularly gross, right?

kristin–good idea, i should’ve done that. I had baked some carrots with olive oil to puree and it came out a bit too oily. Too much EVOO for the baby, but somewhat tasty and only a small amount so I just took it straight. Have you been reading that Jessica Seinfeld book? Looks very interesting.

wow, I did not know that! I always dry my clothes on delicate, but then have to do it for longer, so I guess it’s using more energy that way, hugh?

By the way, you could use your leftover baby puree by sneaking it into things like spaghetti sauce and stuff…. unless you are enjoying eating it by the spoon full!

oh geez.. i’m not sure i should have read that article- i’m already freaked out enough about germs…
excuse me now while i go clorox my sink, scald my underwear in boiling water, and wet wipe my kids hands…
