I’m up at 5:41 AM on a Saturday. Should be packing, but I’d rather be posting.
Usually, when we vow to leave early morning whenever, we fail by a few hours. I want to keep my vow today. If I’m quiet, the boy won’t be awake for at least another hour, so we can both focus on packing. CM is still laying in bed “thinking about what she needs to pack.” Uh-huh.
By the way, say a prayer for Amy as she aims to be the next Ken Jennings. What’s going on this weekend wit’ you?

we had a leadership retreat this weekend. It was nice. We took one third of our boys! (The newborn.) Nice to be back home. But….when the crying and fighting kicks in with the boys….i sure still can smell those cedar walls of that ol’ lodge….

Yes, the internet can truly be great! When used right of course. I have established the most amazing friendships with people since I began blogging last summer. There’s something special and different about it. I love it! There’s an authenticity, no preconceived notions or ideas – it’s refreshing!
