re: I miss being a Christian

I too feel like we’re missing out on all the goodness of God. We are VERY thankful for the little guy and always give praise and glory for the miracle that he is.

Like you said, routines like church and Bible study don’t make us Christians, but they help so much in keeping God where He belongs: at the forefront of our lives.

Some of what we’re feeling might be guilt, but most of it is just hunger. When we’re in fellowship with God, we feel whole. Our spirits are longing for it again.

To some, having God pursue them sounds terrifying. To me, it sounds loving and gracious. Let’s do this.
