On Thursday, we got the first treatment from our new pest control company. Cool Mum, being a responsible mum, expressed her concern about the pesticides and the baby. The pest control guy was very helpful and understanding, with three kids of his own. We’ll pass along his wisdom.
He said that he doesn’t spray in his kids’ rooms. In-home, he targets only areas where water can accumulate, like bathrooms and kitchens. He also sprayed outside the house and in the garage.
Our paranoid minds had this picture of Little Man burying his face in a sprayed area, but praise God that won’t happen. The kitchen and bathroom floors aren’t play areas around here.
We were really happy with the service. If your pest control company doesn’t care to address your concerns as a parent, it might serve you well to shop around.
