While we rarely make it to the gym these days, we’ve been putting a chubby baby through nonstop circuit training. The stations:
-crib
-lap
-changing table
-feeding chair
-bouncer
-lap again
-boppy pillow
-sling
(repeat as necessary or be prepared for unpleasant consequences)
This is the first of many “no one ever told us!” posts.
